1. deposits are NON REFUNDABLE unless stylist cancels your appointment
2. A 15 min grace period is given, after that you have to rebook NO EXCEPTIONS so PLEASE CALL IF YOUR RUNNING BEHIND
3. you have up to 12hr before your appointment to cancel/change or you will be charged a cancelation fee for 50% of your appointment balance which includes your deposit. Changing your appointment same day to one that’s lesser value will result in a fee
4. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR A HOODIE to your appointment
5. a hair wash is included as well as braiding hair, add hair color during checkout for braids or dye jobs
6. if you do not see a style listed on my site please CALL or feel free to text 267-241-4976 with any pictures of styles your trying to achieve
